As a Design Verification Engineer at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be responsible for logic design verification of Micron’s non-volatile memory designs, including advanced 3D NAND and other new technologies.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Development of Micron’s NAND Flash behavioral models in SystemVerilog
  • Complete verification on Micron’s NAND Flash models based on design datasheet
  • Technical support to internal and external model users
  • Collaboration with Application engineers on design datasheet and model requirements
  • Full-chip functional verification on Micron’s non-volatile memory design projects
  • You thoroughly understand design specs and develop verification plans for various designs
  • TestBench Development in SystemVerilog targeting complete functionality coverage
  • Support of SystemVerilog assertion and coverage-driven methodology
  • Support of design verification methodology improvements
  • Run directed and constrained-random verification tests
  • You will think through design corner cases and be able to write relevant cover points
  • Collaborate with digital design team to debug test cases and deliver functionally accurate designs
  • Close coverage measures to identify verification holes and to show progress towards tape-out

Minimum Qualifications:

  • MS or BS degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent
  • 0-3 of experience developing verification collateral in Verilog, System Verilog and UVM
  • UVM Proficiency is required
  • Prior work experience with complex coverage driven random constraint UVM environments
  • Putting together complex UVM environments from scratch is a requirement
  • Deep knowledge on circuit design, digital logic, and logic verification methodology
  • Understanding on Verilog RTL coding, SystemVerilog object-oriented language
  • Good knowledge on programming language such as C++, and scripting language like TCL and PERL

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of Non-volatile memory design is highly desired
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal skills and maintain positive relationships
  • Ambitious and goal oriented
  • Collaborate effectively in a dynamic team environment

  • Develop the Dynamic portal module

  • Deployment the WEM components( car and war files)
  • Work on Home lending Portals, PRF and CMP applications

Essential Qualifications

  • 7+ years of web development experience; including programming and developing web applications
  • 4+ years of OpenText portal and WEM( Web Experience Management)
  • Working experience on writing listeners and custom widgets
  • Working experience on DPM portlet
  • Working experience on creating new CTD’s
  • Working experience on JSR 168 portlets and PBD portlets
  • Experience on SQL Database ( any other databases)
  • 7+ years of Java experience
  • 7+ years of J2EE experience
  • Experience programming or developing applications
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Knowledge of and experience with UI development including jQuery, AJAX request processing, JSON, CSS, HTML5
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills for the timely resolution of customer requests
  • Ability to monitor, report on, and meet multiple deliverables via Jira
  • Experience with development Build and Release tools including Eclipse, Jenkin

Job Description:

Individual will be part of Custody Middle Office – Client Instruction Capture and Management function and will be responsible for managing Trade Processing function / Broker facing function for flawless delivery.

Continuously develop industry/product knowledge and utilize the same optimally for process improvement at all times.

Ability to understand customer segments and apply different servicing approaches based on customer knowledge level.

. Ability to implement and execute development plans for staff and managing global stakeholders of his/her function.

The Custody Middle Office Department is responsible for ensuring all aspects of operations for Global Custody clients are completed on time, exceptions are resolved, client inquiries are resolved and provide subject matter expertise to the clients.

§ Managing Transaction processing related activities of Custodian function in the most efficient and highly control framework oriented environment. § Review of daily / weekly / monthly performance metrics pertaining to the function and to identify and track reasons for deviation from agreed levels or expected behavior. Ensure resolution of all ageing / sensitive outstanding items by having close engagement with global and local stakeholders/ internal departments. § Perform systemic verification for high value securities transactions, FX transactions and Payments for Unit Trust trades following the Authority Level Matrix (USD thresholds set in the process). § End to End responsibility of team managing Global Custody Trade function and to be in control and monitoring of “Intra-day” and “End of Day” reports/checks. § Managing all trade exceptions and handholding to closure with internal teams; be it client, market or transaction type specific. § Active participation in multiple forums such as Product, Client Service, Strategy to analyze the impact basis market changes and to drive Tech Initiatives to meet client expectation and internal functional goals. § Play a key role in Audit reviews and contribute effectively and ensuring right controls and checks in place to avoid Audit & Compliance issues. § Periodic review and certification of operational procedures, control activities / documents such as RCSA, Business resiliency plans, operations service agreement and allied documents and procedures § Periodic review of productivity benchmarks and adopting various tactical/strategic tools to further enhance the benchmarks on an ongoing basis. § Proven experience in managing performance of his directs (managerial role) and his team. Able to set SMART goals for team members, counseling team members, team building and staff development. § Create strong resiliency & backups within the team by active involvement in day to day activities and training initiatives. § Work in partnership with Operational control management / Risk teams for performing QA testing’s, MIS and Internal and External Audits.

Carry out effective Operational Risk Assessment by monitoring and implementing risk mitigating plans.§ To address attrition) § Effective capacity planning, leave management and process prioritization.§ Control on Operational losses, potential frauds through strong internal audit and staff feedback mechanisms. § Process productivity and quality targets are set, monitored and achieved to ensure optimum resource utilization and achievement of business objectives. § Maintains records around internal errors committed by the team and a governance process around the same to ensure control gaps / misses, key enhancements to existing Procedures to avoid reoccurrence of these errors are shared with the entire team.

§ Effective communication with peers in terms of best practice sharing to ensure that optimum use of resource is made across the sections and that a robust cross training plan is in place to multi skill operation teams. § Re-engineer processes with the aim of streamlining operations and increase efficiencies.§ Takes control over Records maintenance and archival process following the business rules prevailing around it.

What will you be doing?

  • Setting up and conducting in person meetings with potential upGrad learners to propagate upGrad’s mission of providing career advancement opportunities.
  • Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to you. This includes meeting set up, product demonstration, sales closing, and post sales relationship management.
  • Maintaining a constant communication channel with leads through phone, meetings,email, chat and social media during the pre and post-sales processes
  • Maintaining a detailed database of all the interactions with the leads and provide constant feedback to the Student Experience Manager in order to optimize lead closure
