We are currently seeking a Helpdesk Supervisor. to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).
IT Infrastructure Services & Operations: – EUC,Service Desk amangement,Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Vendor & Client Handling, SLA & OLA Management, Process Management, Service Delivery Management Network Operation Support, Backup Support, Alert Monitoring of Various Sites & Servers, etc.
Operating System: – Windows (98, 2000, XP, Vista, 7).
Software Tools: – MS-Office (Word, Power Point, and Excel, etc.)
SD and Monitoring Tools: -Sapphire,Symphony, Manage Engine Maestro ISM and NMS.
A good self-starter with clear understanding and goal oriented approach to problem solving.
Possess good resource balancing skills to handle and manage team members for achieving business and individual goals.
Event Management,Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Operations Management, Vendor & Client Handling, SLA & OLA Management, Process Management, Service Delivery Management, Escalation Management
Work on RFP’s with Presales team for solution designing in case of opportunities with New or Existing customers.
Excellent communication and time management skills with strong analytical and decision making capabilities.
