NEW DELHI: India on Tuesday issued an advisory to its residents for travelling to Hong Kong, a day after flight operations had been severely disrupted at the city’s world airport as a consequence of public demonstrations on August 12.

The ministry of external affairs, in an announcement, acknowledged, “While operations are seemingly to resume on August 13, then again, flights are seemingly to continue to be delayed and/or cancelled because it is that you just may presumably well be also factor in that more protests will seemingly be held.”

“Indian passengers are instructed to be captivating with airways to search out more than a number of shuttle routes to lead obvious of peril, till normalcy is restored in airport operations,” the allege read.

The ministry extra instructed all Indian passengers, who are already in Hong Kong and ready to leave, to “be captivating with their respective airways for knowledge about seemingly timelines for the resumption of their flights”.

Hong Kong airport authority, within a short peep on Monday, suspended all final flights for the day after hundreds of educated-democracy protesters entered the terminal’s arrival halls.
