Responsible for working closely with the Capture Manager and/or Business Development Manager to develop and articulate technical and management solutions for proposals, whitepapers, presentations, and other business materials. Manages all aspects of proposal development from RFP receipt, through delivery and receipt by the customer. Responsible for all aspects of the contract life cycle to include prime contract, subcontracts/procurement (CPSR), and pricing. With strong experience in contract/subcontract management, and pricing of Government and commercial contract acquisitions to include teaming arrangements, pricing, proposal generation, strong/complex negotiation, contract drafting and contract administration to include change orders, budgets, claims, OCI, FOIA, terminations, etc. Also enjoy process improvement and generating smart policies and procedures tailored to company size. Strong experience with GSA Schedules to include IT70, the OASIS suite, and PES (Proposal/Award/Execution/Audits). Proficient with Deltek CostPoint. Focus on Cyber Security, Intelligence, Information Technology, and Professional Services. Active member of NCMA. Currently hold a TS/SCI security clearance.
