Having experienced great success, they are working towards being a key player in the industry and to continue transforming businesses.The Job In this role, you will be involved in the sale of company products, services, and all other sales related activities in India for the Government sectors. You will be responsible for : – Developing business plans (quarterly/ yearly/ long-term goals), sales pipeline, delivery of presentations and articulating industry specific value proposition.- Developing account plans for large opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction goals for long term business relationships.- Identifying and acquiring new customers, in addition to up-selling to existing customer base in close cooperation with the company’s partners or directly.- Defining and executing strategic approach on designated verticals- Bringing in vertical specific contacts with potential customers, partners, and IT decision influencers- Managing sales process in our CRM and sales management system, and contract negotiations to closure- Building sustainable pipeline and achieving and exceeding revenue target in designated verticals- Participation in trade show events, workshops, and seminars- Managing internal and external stakeholders on project delivery- Developing relationships with senior bureaucrats in various government departments directly or in close cooperation with our partnersThe Profile – You have at least 8 years of successful enterprise business IT solution sales experience, preferably in the designated region.- You have experience in selling to senior decision makers – especially to the business users- You are ability to work with multiple bank partners- You have the ability to prioritise, organise and manage client relationships fluidly to maximise activity that leads to revenue.- You are capable of influencing decision and driving change- You have high energy, are self-driven and able to work independently- You have excellent negotiation, communication, and networking skills- You are focused and organised with a strong will to succeed- You are willing to undertake extensive travelling (ref:updazz.com)
